These terms govern your use of Gratia, a gratitude journaling app provided by Artygroup LLC. By downloading or using Gratia, you agree to them.

Your account and content

The entries you write are yours. You're responsible for the content you add, and you grant us the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display it back to you across your devices.

Subscriptions and trial

• Gratia is a premium app offered with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews at the price shown at purchase ($39.99/year or $3.99/month) unless cancelled.
• Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Gratia — that includes attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.

Disclaimer

Gratia is provided “as is.” It is a journaling and wellbeing tool, not medical or mental-health advice. We work to keep the service reliable but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we'll note it here and update the date above.
